Learning Technology Dissemination Initiative at Heriot-Watt University. The Learning Technology Dissemination Initiative was funded between 1994 and 1999 by the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council to promote the use of learning technology and computer based learning materials in Scottish Higer Education. The LTDI web site will continue to provide free access to the resources and publications that LTDI created.
